How to Find Us

**DIRECTIONS**
Albany	NY Thruway I-90 West to Exit 25A. Take I-88 West direction Binghamton to Exit 15 Oneonta. Left at bottom of ramp. Right turn at Rte 28 East to Delhi. Follow directions below from Delhi.
New York City	NY Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 16. Take Rte. 17 West to Exit 94 Roscoe. Left at exit. See Roscoe below.
New Jersey	I-287 or Garden State Parkway to the NY State Thruway I-87 North. Exit Thruway at Exit 16. Take Rte 17 West to Exit 94 Roscoe. Left at exit. See Roscoe below.
Andes	County Road 2 Trempers Kill Rd toward Pepacton Reservoir. At junction with Rte 30 turn right taking Rte 30 South over the bridge towards Downsville. At bottom of reservoir, left into parking lot. Across from Downsville Motel.
Binghamton	Rte 17 East to Exit 90 East Branch. Left at bottom of exit ramp taking Rte 30 North to Downsville. At traffic light turn right direction Margaretville and Roscoe, passing thru town. After passing NYC Reservoir Administrative Building on left, make your first right into our parking lot. Across from Downsville Motel.
Delhi	State Hwy 10 West towards Walton. After Hamden after passing Octagon Farms on right, make left at blinking yellow light onto East Back River Road. Make first left onto Mallory Brook Rd or Delaware County 26 over Downsville Mountain. At Route 206 junction, make a left onto Main Street Rte 206 East direction Roscoe.
Margaretville	Rte 30 South around Pepacton Reservoir. Left at bottom of reservoir into parking lot. Across from Downsville Motel.
Oneonta	State Hwy 28 East to Delhi. Follow directions above from Delhi.
Roscoe	Route 206 West to Pepacton Reservoir. Left at reservoir junction Rte 30 South. At bottom of reservoir, first left into parking lot. Across from Downsville Motel.
Walton	Route 206 East over Bear Spring Mountain. In Downsville, straight through traffic light on Main Street direction Roscoe. After passing NYC Reservoir Administrative Building on left and crossing the East Branch River make first right into our parking lot. Across from Downsville Motel.
